Why I Run

I am passionate about education. I want to help prepare our kids for an incredible future.  The success of our education system in preparing our children for that future is imperative to our state's and country's success.  I have been active over the past 8 years serving on school committees, producing school communication products, developing online curriculum and teaching in the classroom environment. More recently, I have joined CASE and become actively advocating for our schools to our State Senators and Representatives. I believe I have developed some perspective and some insight to bring to the community.

Eastern Carver County Schools District is a wonderful place for our children to learn and grow. They are a key part of our community.  We can always do better and I wish to bring the spirit of continuous improvement to the school board.
